I made it myself and had it ceramic coated inside and out. It runs from the throttle body to inside the fender behind the turn signal.

LOL! Hey Eric, I came across your site a while ago...just came across it by accident. I grabbed the picture of your speedometer doing 130 and posted it on this site. There was a thread about the top speed people have been at, and so I posted yours. Most people seemed to hover around 120 mph. Anyways, people shot me down! LOL...I was like, this dude's got nice mods...he can go really fast! They were all like, "Yeah, ANY V6 Solara can do 135...just a matter of how fast they can get there."

I love you car, though...

Update!

Well, we are having a few problems with the fit on the intake. Even though we did everything we could think of to make it stable once the engine is running it is still not trouble free.

Nothing happened to the intake or anything like that however it does bang around more then i want it to.

To sum it up i am not 100% satisfied with the intake as it is right now and we are working on trying to find a solution for it. It is really difficult to make a "PERFECT" cold air intake for this car because of the room we have to work with.

We need some more time to test this intake and once we have some news we will update everyone but as of right now we are not taking orders for it. Once i have news i will post them.

Right now it seems the headers would be released before the intake though. I apologize to everyone who has waited this long, i know you are excited to purchase this intake however i wont release it until i am 100% happy with it, i hope everyone can understand.

Thanx, Eyal

I know on the AEM that i have, when the bolts are put in place to hold it down it has 2 rubber stoppers under it to give it a little movement, u dont want it too stiff, which i know u prolly already know, or it will break...did u guys do something like that....

Eyal, thanks for the update and the honesty. It certainly builds credibility. We've waited for a long time for a CAI, I guess we'll wait a little longer. -JoeB

i don't wanna take any sides..here..but i think any parts made for our cars..is good..since the parts for our car aren't as readily avaiable like compared to a honda..or such...so any new prts in my opinion is good...even if it takes long..to get to market...
