Hi you all,

Can some explain this:
http://www.solaraguy.com/viewtopic.php? ... od&start=0

1. Why use an other fuelfilter? (just for the connector?)

I ask this because i want to buy these parts in the Netherlands (europe) where i live. (because shipping cost is very high.....)

2. What is the screw-thread size of the fuelrail

3. Which Walbro pump do i need for 4-6 psi S/C and do i need a fuel regulator?

4. Is there a howto/DIY to make a fuel return line/system incl. fuel presure regulator.

Thanks you all :wnw:

1: The thread size of the fuel filter I think is different.

3: Walbro 190 GSS250 for the Gen 4.

thanks!,

1. so no special stuff, but just a fitment issue ...maybe more capacity and as result more flow.

3. Walbro 190 ...not a 255 and fuel pressure regulator?

Somebody else knows the rest of the answers?

Thanks alot!

3. For 4-6psi 255 is major overkill. Even at 5.5psi with walbro 190 pump, jims fuel mod and 330cc injector I was running dangerously rich. My exhaust smelled like pump gas and my car had trouble starting while it was untuned.

^ You'll need an SAFC if you run over 4PSI, and then a tune. Don;t forget that!

I believe Jim's fuel filter flows more than the oem unit, but more importantly, it has the correct connections.

The 190 should be sufficient unless you convert to a return-style fuel system. The injectors aren't mandatory, but I'd rather have more than enough capability and tune down rather than overload the injectors.
