I disagree....depending on what you use them for of course. It its that nice true yellow you're after...then the capsule is the best.
If you just want plain bright and a decent yellow....then 3500K HIDs are good.

I find with the yellow HIDs though, that they tend to look green when you look directly at the car.



well, i was reffering to the IS300 projectors. I had the capsules and switched over to the IS300 projectors... :angel:

i just got the 3000k for my fogs... looks good in your pic.... i wonder if painting them would make the output nicer.

Has anyone painted/tinted their fogs yellow and have 3000k on them?

some pics would be nice

haha... i wrote up a tutorial for anybody interested in tinting your lights. i just have stock bulbs in mine and i love how they look. then again brightness for fog lights isn't a huge concern. i always thought they were more for looks anyway.
