sorry for noob quest. i know there's tire calculators and everything but need a quick answer?

would i be cool on 235/45/r18 on 45 offset??(dropped on trd's)
rim size is 18/7.5

I would buy +5mm spacer to bring your offset to +40mm. 5mm are cheap compare to bigger spacers and it will make your car look stronger. And be sure to be dropped because the 18's will look very small.

You'll be fine with that size and offset. At least you won't have rubbing issues.
