that's about what mine read during colder months...it changed significantly when the warmer and more muggy weather hit though. I'm curious to know if those readings you have are as of now, during the summer? or if that was when the weather was cooler?

My readings are as of now during the summer. I do notice that they spike on really hot days. It stayed at zero this morning even after the engine had been running for 30 mintues, but it was a cool morning.

Dawgz...I didn't realize there was a difference in the readings between display mode and sensor check. That seems really inconvenient.

I don't think the SAFCII will allow you to adjust the knock, only thing I would think that would help would be to know at what RPM range the knock pings and then adjust for more fuel at that RPM. Although, I never really looked into it to see if it had that function.

actually, yeah, you guys are right--i must've been reading the manuals wrong, you can't adjust knock. the whole "Knock Correction" in the manual is deceiving.

and after i reset the unit: BAM! works like a charm. f*ckin' sh*t, i had that thing laying around for years not being put to use...

i'm a goof. :/
