Which motor is this for? I thought Fidanza only made flywheels for the 4 cyl.

How much is a new insert and where can I get one?

..Also if I were to get a Spec 2 Clutch Kit, how much more benefit would I see with the Fidanza Flywheel?

^^I run a spec 2+ with the fidanza flywheel on my s/c 5 spd. You'll notice a little quicker throttle response, usually any decrease from rotational mass (flywheel) will help acceleration. I wouldn't guarantee that it will turn into HP, but you are cutting down stress on the motor by lightening the mass that it has to spin. Less stress is always good. Plus, you dont have to resurface them, just get a new center plate and you're good to go. This mod will definitely change the feel of your 5 spd, for the better, go for it!
