I have ordered some transparent yellow paint for my fogs and I was just wondering if anyone has any tip or steps on how to apply it. (It is spray paint) I am going for a look sorta like this:

best bet would be to take the housing out of the bumper, wrap everything but the lense up. CLean the lense as best as u can with some rubbing alcohol and maybe even do a light clay bar on it to remove impurities....

then u can go over the lense with the spray and decide how many layers u want.

clean plastic - take out light (or you could blue painters tape around it) and spray.

i did this once to my Camry taillights, and the paint turned out pretty nice. What's the brand of paint that you used? I got Testor's hobby paint. It was a transparent red I used to make the signal red.
