Hi everyone. After reading the threads about OEM speakers and how bad they sü‹#, and that most of them have been replaced as part of a killer system, I'm hoping that some of you saved the OEMs.

My 2000 SE coupe needs a LF JBL speaker. Apparently the voice coil developed some rust in it and the excursions have some added "percussion" to them. Translation: sounds like crap!

If anyone has one (Toyota p/n 86160-AA160) in good condition, I'd like to buy it. You name the terms for payment and shipping, please be reasonable.

Thanks, I'll send a PM, but let me do the research for you. They retail for about $170 each and there is a total of six of them in the USA at various Toyota warehouses. I can buy a new one for about $140 wholesale (no shipping). I only need the drivers side and I imagine if anyone has a pair they'd probably want to sell the pair only. My biggest problem with these is that they are 2 ohm single driver speakers. The only thing I've found 2 ohm aftermarket is two-way or three-way. I could probably use a pair of 4 ohm 6½" woofers, but I'd rather not. The stock system sounds fine to me as I don't crank it too much while driving, I like to hear things like sirens, horns and motorcycles.

OK, too much information....PM sent. Thanks for responding.
