my name is HOV! (j/k with the Jay-Z quote)

The name's Brian, or Krispy as a nickname for some reason since HS (no, not due to the damn doughnuts). I've been a Solara owner since 2001, when I purchased my slushbox SLE MCV20 brand new as a HS grad present for myself (w/a lil help from Pops).

I've always been a part of the Camry/Solara community here in SoCal/LA, whether it was through CamryMan's Passing Lane, TeamSC3, ToyotaNation, and of course SG.org/.com since well back into the zer0.info days.

I've gone through many parts over the years, including an S/C setup that's come and gone due to the need of college funding. I still love my car a lot after 7 years with it, even as the 150K mark is creeping up soon. I also have a '76 S30 280Z I'm slowly working on, as well as an S14 240SX.

I've been erratic in my presence here on SG the last 3-4 years, but plan on being around more frequently since the itch to mod the car has come back. I look forward to interacting with you all (no homo).

^Thanks man, the grill is a relic, part of the TWS/Schung07/STR8PYP batch days.

As fot the S14, it was SR20DET'd, but was then gutted and put back to KA power to come up on some quick cash. I plan on going back to SR power, but I plan on swapping a newer motor into the S30 first (likely a VG30DETT or hopefully a VQ35DE).

I was driving a 240sx stock when I was 16, it was my step-mother's car hehe, was a nice car. Same at this time the car was "old" and got rust. Im 26, so 10 years ago! The drift buzz make this car very popular again.

If I can get the VQ to fit (the big keyword here is "if" :-? ), I'll definitely try to go boost, although there are a lot of good N/A build opportunities with the motor, which could be even better since the S30 Z is much smaller & lighter than the Z33.
