Suspect!! I got it from this guy off of craigslist. It was brand new he never even put it in. I guess he had the same issue. My Blackberry picked up the signal and everything it was just incompatible w the HU. Pissed me off too! But oh well should have e looked into it a little more b4 i bought it.
