The window problem may be a busted regulator and/or track. On my honda, the cable guide split and rubbed the window as it moved. This ended up destroying my tint. I replaced the whole motor, track, and regulator which is usually sold as a complete assembly.

As far as water in the trunk:
Has the car ever been rearended?
Do you have a spoiler?
Have you checked the condition of the seals?

your car official has more problems then ive ever heard of luckily they're not huge.
you're gonna want to get the trunk dry before it rust out.
if you open the trunk and pull the carpet off of it (the clips should just pull straight out with a lil force)
if you look in the holes you should see some bolts
you might want to check by pouring water around the spoiler on the outside and see if any comes in by those bolts if it does you should reseal the area around them

you cuold prolly buy a whole new led bar through the dealership but it could be a lil pricey.

i'm not sure of an exact product but im thinking some general purpose silicon sealant would be find

someone correct me if im wrong or know of a better way...

if it isnt the spoiler and you have a moonroof the water could also be a clogged drainage pipe.

Take off your door trim and see what is rubbing on the window

buy some reconditioning cream for the leather

OK here's a couple of tips:
1. PLEASE use proper grammar; it's giving me a headache and I'm sure other members would appreciate it too... Especially if it's a common complaint with newer members of our forum.

2. Try to keep your replies within 1 post if possible. If there's some forgotten detail, go back and hit the "edit" button if nobody has replied yet.

To answer your questions:
Passenger window: It's the regulator/track, sold as a set. The only way to fix it is to replace it; it's cost-prohibitive and damned near impossible to rebuild properly (my driver's side window has a problem with clicking but everything looks fine).

Your seats: If it's torn, I've heard of pastes but heard that they don't work too well. If you want it back to showroom condition, you might as well get new seats, reupholster them, or if you don't mind, put covers over it.

Water in the trunk: If it's leaking from the spoiler like other people have said, there you have it. As far as I know, there's no drainage ports in the tire area (I know that there is one on the left side of the panel that works a little too well; there's always a fresh coat of dirt in there and gets moist when it rains (but I still used it to hide my cigarettes and vodka when I lived with my parents  ... But I've quit smoking and I'm living on my own).

Driver's side window: Looks a bit misaligned; still might be the regulator/track too.
