Hey guys,

Im looking to pick up a FSB now that my Tokicos are starting to go soft...just thought I'd throw it out there before buying a new one for $175.

Btw, for anyone who's dealt with globalperformanceparts.com, hows the experience been?

Thanks, Kyle

I just had an e-mail conversation with GlobalPerformanceParts. I was looking for the D-bushing for the sway bar, but they said there is no part number for that bushing. For those who are buying used, you might want to find out the a replacement for that too. I believe it's a 24mm bushing.

kwyse: How long have you had your tokicos for? Are they just breaking in or are they wearing out? Just wondering

^ They gave me a part number when I emailed them, but they said it's not a part they carry in stock and that I had to wait 3-4 weeks for delivery.

I emailed globalperformanceparts.com and it appears that the FSBs are out of stock. Also, no discounts for a possible group buy. My email is posted below.

And I thought that the thicker FSB used the same brackets. Can anyone else confirm that it is a separate part?

SleaperSolara: Could you please send me the part number of the bigger brackets? Thanks.

CamryOnBronze: Thanks, I'll pm him soon.

atclate: Haha, they're wearing out. I've only had them for a year and they're about 50% of what they used to be compared to the stock stiffness.

Hey Kyle,

Thanks for your interest in our products. We should be receiving 6 of those bars in mid/late August. We sometimes experience snags due to customs or lost shipments, but that’s when it’s scheduled to arrive. Sorry but we do not offer discounts for purchasing multiple products unless your looking to become a distributor of our products which requires, among other things, a minimum order of $3,000 to start. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions.

Best regards,

Matt Zoerhof

Here's the deal from what I was researching.

The bushings that come with a BRAND NEW bar do not require you to change the bracket. The bushing is designed to be used with the OEM bracket. These can be ordered separately from globalperformanceparts.com if you happen to buy a used bar that don't come with the bushings. I believe the guy quoted me $23.99 or something like that for the bushings

Another option is to buy Whiteline's universal U-brackets and universal bushings, but this will end up being around $50.

I've heard people who've had the Whiteline front sway bar snap the OEM brackets....

Yea, I've read that too, but I think they were using the stock bushings. It's just what the guy who emailed me back said: Whiteline's bushings are meant for OEM brackets.
