ok not really but here goes. at a photoshoot today I accidentally dropped the x-bar on my passenger front rim, the result is a dent about half the size of a dime but cuz my rim is painted and its on the lip area it looks like the size of a nickel..

so I'm getting a new rim (these rims are always on order, never any in stock. so that sucks..)..
Guess this one will be kept as a spare and my stupidity.

the shoot went very very well though :sweet:

I guess it's just a learning experience.

I guess i could repair it.. but dont know places that would. discounttire?

honestly, your wheels are going to get dinged up from driving around every day. I have some chips and whatnot on my gram lights, but thats what happens when you drive the car daily... I wouldnt really buy a whole new wheel because of it, but if you can afford to more power to you...

and no, discount tire wont do repair work to the finish of a wheel. Youll have to find a rim refinishing shop to do that kind of work.

^ lol....we're not all as balla as you milt....but as long as we have rims to roll on at all...haha...

and yeah...fixing a wheel doesn't usually cost much unless it's practically destroyed...check around for wheel repair places.

but if you can afford a new one tho, I don't see why not!

Don't feel bad - I totally fuxxed-up my rims this weekend - major curb-rash on my pass side due to a bad asphalt curb in a turn lane... totally chewed up both front and rears - I could feel the G-R-I-N-D-I-N-G! :x

I'll be up there this summer......... So we'll hit up that spot where you were all over the waiter's burrito....

Jeff, you know I'm teasing you... seriously since your wheel is inexpensive, it is just easier to buy a new one... Good luck little guy.

Well, I'll prolly just look for a new set of used ones to get repainted and just replace these eventually. I have found that I can fake it okay by grinding down the damage a bit and carefully spraying the lip and it covers it up a bit.
