Wire Loom/Tucked Wiring...?

Postby CASTRO » Thu May 29, 2008 11:54 am

well steel braided lines for hoses would work. At least it will reduce the chance of loss of pressure if boosted. I dunno about everything else though. On S2k's everything gets tucked in the fender for a wire tuck. On the Solara/Camry, there really isnt any room in there.

As for relocating all the mess, i dunno, it looks like more work than its worth

the vac lines take about a half hour to route neatly and trim to the correct length, that alone would make the bay look a lot cleaner.

What methods do you guys do to clean up all the wiring and pipes?

The problem is clearly depicted here.

if you want to clear it up, remove the cruise control, do the instant boost mod, put a small filter on the value cover breather instead of the hose, that will eliminate 3 hoses, 2 throttle cables, get rid of the purple ground cables. thats if you really want to clear it up.
