Turning Signal LEDs

Turning Signal LEDs

Postby SolaraMan7890 » Sun May 18, 2008 9:03 pm

Hey guys, I'm in need of a powerful (front) turning signal bulb that lights up very bright even during the day time. probably LED. What I'm thinking of ideally is something like the LED's on the new Audi's or the SAAB's, if anyone knows what i'm talking about and knows where i can get a turning bulb like this, let me know. thanks.

you should be able to find something on ebay... the problem with having led's as turn signals is that you have to do some other modifications to them (relays or something? nothing major) or else theyll blink twice as fast.. it would bother me, it might not you.
this topic has come up before so try a search you might turn up something

Do you have a picture of the eagle tower in action. or a video perhaps? are they as bright during the day light as the AUDI LEDs?

What Audi look are you talking about? I've been trying to keep an eye out for the Audi turn signals but still haven't seen them. Do you have pictures? I have some LEDs on my turn signals, I'm not too crazy about them only because they're more blue than my headlights.

I'm talking about something like that, but more of the intensity of the light rather than the design. I just need some LEDs that light up really bright. and the Audi lights can be seen from half a mile away in broad daylight.
