And ruski, Im gonna rock cloth seats int he rear. The fronts Ill probably hold on to in case i need to pull the sparcos for some reason.

Here is an update for you guys- got back from maryland at 1 am last night, got some sleep, and went to work this morning. I ended up gettin the sunroof shield and headliner dyed black, then reinstalled it along with the other black parts that bolt to the roof. Got the rear panels and back seats in, then decided to tackle the dash.

The dash swap really wasnt too bad, just a lot of things to unplug. I pulled my tan dash, swapped the harness with the black one, then tossed it back on. Have to plug everything back in in the morning and bolt it all down, but its pretty close! Here are pics of the progress through the day:
