id get the one from the second link for the simple fact that the user for that auction has a much higher selling rating compared to the (1) that other dude has. Could possibly be fake, not likely but u cant rule anything out.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Walbro-1 ... .m20.l1116

that would work, all u would need to do is get a diffrent strainer and use that wire, the rest of that stuff is garbage as far as ur application is concerned.

you can reuse your factory strainer, the one that comes with the walbro doesnt really fit right anyway.

^ didnt you say it snapped or something strange going in? It didnt fit for Bird or me, and we both had the URD kit, so I guess maybe its a toss up... doesnt really matter anyway I guess.

I never mentioned anything snapping.

this is what ur most likely refering to though.

Hey man, i had the same issue when i did mine, the problem was like what u noticed where the gasket or ring on the top cap where the screws are did not meet the plate of the gas tank, with a bit of pressure and putting the screws in, it clicks into place. I did this, and then undid it to see if anything happened down the assembly, everything was fine. It might also correctly "plug" the fuel pump into the housing.

Click does not equal snap, brotha.
