You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Europe/Moscow' for 'MSD/4.0/DST' instead

While using an obdII scanner and monitoring your 02 sensors to see what they are doing ie: adding/cutting fuel, adjust your trim to zero for closed loop tuning. That will be a reference when your car goes into open loop. If you don't do this your car will go to the parameters set from the factory. I use onboarddiagnostics as a scan tool.
Then using a wideband 02 sensor you then tune for open loop.

yeah...that's cool and all....if you have a urd slitsecond unit that will allow you to tune in closed loop...

and for the ones of us with 02 sensors...they're not even available...

I thought that after reading the info twice... I know I'm not the smartest guy but it didn't exactly make sense to me.

BTW, I'm going to:

$150 for 1hr of test and tune.

Since it's $150, I should get there sooner than expected.
