Hi,
I just got a 2007 Solara SE. It replaced an '06 Grand Prix. So far I love the Solara. I would like to add the ground effects from the sport model. Are they the same as the '04 - '06? Since '07 has different fog lights, I'm not sure if the ground effects are different. Also, where can I get them from? There has to be a better place than the dealer. Thanks for any help.

i can't seem to get the picture thing to work so there's a link.

Welcome.

I don't know if the GE kit is the same from Gen 2 to 2.5, but you most likely can't get it from anyone but the dealer, and it WILL be expensive.

Physically, you could attach the front ground effect "fangs" of a 2004-2006 to the front bumper of your 2007. That being said, I have to say it would NOT be aesthetically pleasing. The "fangs" accentuate off the front curvature vane that divides the fog light and central bottom air dam on a 04-06 bumper. Putting those fangs on an 07-08 bumper would instantly make your fine ride look (personally speaking) like a Mardi Gras parade float. And as mentioned, each fang from an 04-06 would cost you ~$350.......each. :o

Welcome and good luck.

As you will eventually discover reading the posts here, there is nothing other than OEM from the dealer available. Bend over and take it if you really wanna pay that! :(
