Just wanted to say hi..I'm new to this forum and I stumbled upon it looking for info about getting a navi in my '04 Solara. I found some pretty helpful threads...I'm thinking about buying the Kenwood DNX7120. Anyone have pros and cons about this unit?

Thanks!

Welcome. I don't know about Kenwood's NAVI's, but the Kenwood headunit in my accord has worked flawlessly for 7 years and survived a tornado plus a 3 car pile up.

Welcome! Again like everyone else don't know much about Kenwood. For a price like that I would get a AVIC-Z2 which is $2200 factory price but you can get it on eBay for $895.00

It's the system ill be purchasing soon and heard amazing reviews!

welcome to SG, the guy that does my stereo work was recommending a pioneer AVIC-D3 touch screen nav unit to me. I think its like $700 down from $1000 on best buy website. Anyway, goodluck with the ride.

Welcome SG !!

I really like my Kenwood. It got the best nav display. Not ugly as Eclipse do or any other brand.

I'll fix the fitting issue but this is not a concern at all...there are other guy on SG with the same setup.

I got it for cheap. Just read the info inside this.
