if i could get a closer up image of the first pic, i could see what else is attached and perhaps tell you waht it is, but the pics are too small or way too zomed too tell yet...

Looks to be some type of power condinsor. I have to ask though, from the picture why is the black box your big concern?

could be the impact sensor for the airbags. that would be my guess.

nvm. i see its not.

What about just a relay for something?

Judging by the harness its dangling from, could b a sensor or relay for the lights...???

Hard to tell because it's not where it is supposed be be currently.

This looks like a salvage lot - are you looking to buy parts or buy the car to fix up?

When I changed bulb I saw this part is hanging in the air. This is not my car on the pic with the little bumper scratch :)

I think this is "keyless buzzer" ?

keyless buzzer is on the driver side.

Exactly what I was thinking. Like posting that pic in a thread "How do you get scratches off your headlight lense?"

To solve your problem,
1. remove the black box by disconnecting all harnesses and/or hoses.
2. Reattach to a different Solara.
