I see smoke coming from this location. I dunno what it could be. Just a guess but a rear header leak?

or may be you have an oil leak..... and it hits that part..... it happens with my old camry....... try to rinse it off with oil cleaner & water.....see what happens

yep, agreed... a lot of oil leaks can leak onto the y-pipe, thats what mine is doing right now haha...

looks like you need to check your valve cover gasket.

Exactly check your valve cover gasket. Oil is probably running down the side of your block burning on your exhaust manifold.
