Also, Which location will the Grey wire be attached to???????????????
as of right now i have no readings from the throttle

I got one person saying attach it to the TPS (which seems to make sense)
& another person saying it should be attached to the Speed sensor...

Need some clarification here ^_^

and also, what settings should i be using.

This is what i have:

Sensor Type: Hotwire

Sens. No. 12 in, 12 out

Sens. Cal. 1 in, 1 out

Car Sel: 6 cyl, Thr↑

Graph Scale: PR 760 mmHg, Ne 7000

Yeah, that info matches what i have exactly

I just need to verify where the Gray wire is going to be connected to (T or S on the diagram)

& also where the knock sensor should be & if the knock sensor for the AFC Is indeed the Purple wire

The knock sensor is the purple wire on the safcII harness.

U have a choice of two knk sensors, Bank 1 and Bank 2.

Pick which ever you want to monitor...

I think people usually use bank 2 since it blows before bank 1.

I have mine on bank 1 rite now...

the safest way is to leave it at the settings u posted just now earlier, and dont touch anything, this will leave u @ OEM settings, the safcII wont be adjusting anything.

let the tuners adjust ur safcII, guessing values will lead to problems.

Also, ur two grounding wires, make sure they are not together. They are however on the same ground wire but make sure they are on seperate intervals on that line, and not on the same point.

So like u dont want ----T----- ......

but rather u want ----T---T----Ecu

TPS = throttle Position sensor, there really is no need to worry about having it connected, it just tells the safcII how far ur throttle is open.

no, it wont affect ur car untill u start to mess with the maps...

U can connect all the wires fully, u will have maybe 3-4 wires left that u dont need on that harness, just zip tie them away.

So just connect the wires u need, leave the settings on what u posted earlier and thats it...then drive it around and then go for a tune when u can.
