Aiming headlights side-to-side

Is it possible for us to re-aim our headlights sideways? Aiming it up and down is pretty easy, but how about left and right? Does anyone have pics and/or detailed instructions? Thank you!

You can change it side to side, but the screw is in a pretty tight spot.

If you search you should be able to find an answer.

Thanks. I did search but I couldn't find the information. I might've used the wrong search keywords, though...

I found plenty searching "headlight adjustment," but the one picture that tells you where the knobs are is down.

But the knob for the side-to-side adjustment is located under a grey rubber cap (at least I think it is grey).

If you bought black housing lights good luck. I couldn't adjust mind from left to right. Up and down worked ok up to an extent.

The left to right adjustment shouldn't need adjusted unless you've had the reflector removed from the housing. The only exception would be aftermarket headlights.
