I have 225/40R19 Toyo Proxes T1-R...last summer I had them mounted on my 19X8 Konig (+40mm offset) with no problem. The rims are sold now. I'm thinking to put them on some 19X8.5 +40mm offset So that way the tire will be postioned the exact same place as it was last summer. Since 225mm (tire width) is little bit bigger then 8.5" (216mm) the tire should react the exact same way.
About your tires question
Tire 1 - 225/40R19
Overall Diameter: 26.08 in 662.43 mm
Diameter Difference (with stockies): -0.88%
Tire 2 - 235/35R19
Overall Diameter: 25.47 in 646.93 mm
Diameter Difference (with stockies): -3.2%
The height is not the problem nor your concern I know. I think +45mm could be a problem on 8.5" wheels but since you check for 19X8 with +45 mm offset there will no problem. It gives you 8mm more space (tire to the suspension strut) compare with Ludwig (19X8.5 +42 offset) The only thing...I think it will look weak with the wheels too much inside the fender but it is your choice !

Not to forget...Ludwig use Eibach springs...they are 0.2" lower then TRD springs...
