Curse of the GoldLara?!

Curse of the GoldLara?!

Well, its been awhile since ive posted.

Im sad to say I know there is the Cur of the Silver Solara but it may not just be Silver Gold too...

As of Tuesday the 26th I was in Howard County, Maryland driving back home to PA. I was creaping up towards an intercetion and the light turned green I than proceded through the intersection, next thing I know I see a the tail end of a 2006 Accord and I hit him doing about 15 mph or so.

I pull behind him so pissed off just due to the recent fact the last time I was in an accident I recevied back injuries and it took 3 months for my car to get fixed.

This guy gets out of the car and blames me for not looking both ways. He also said he was commited to the turn so he went... reguardless of the fact he was speeding and went through a redlight. I was so angry I wanted to deck him. I kept my cool waited for the cops to get a report and left for home.

Next Thursday his insurance (AllState) is sending an agent to look at the damages to my car. Luckily no injuries to both parties and no major major damage.

These picture were taken with my iPhone sorry for the quality.

As of now I know ill need a new bumper, corner light, Fog Light and HID Kit, and paint job. I wonder what else I can milk out of this insurance company.

Milk a new grill!

Seriously, glad you're ok and the the solara wasn't damaged too bad. A few more inches and it could have been much worse.

Looks like I will try and conveince the insurance company to go with a Gen 1.5 bumper. I would just have to buy a new set of headlights and maybe a grill off of eBay.

Would the Kalmari Lip Kit fit on the 1.5?
Thanks again for the responses!

Kalmari? Calamari?

Kaminari??..
yeah it'll fit much better the sides and rear, both gen 1 and 1.5 will fit perfectly cuz it's the same, but the fronts are different cuz of a different front bumper. the Kaminari kit is actually for the gen 1.5 so it'll be a direct bolt on if you chose to go that route for 1.5 bumper.
where many hate, few will love,
But for those who love,
they'll see what it's like to live.
