unusual windnoise?

unusual windnoise?

Postby woa_its_j3ff » Mon Feb 25, 2008 12:10 pm

this problem has been happening for a lil while but not sure what it is.
whenever I drive anywhere between 30+ mph I hear a very very slight wind noise, the noise you get when your windows are rolled down but much less..
anyways and when i hit the highways it doesnt get too bad either but it's just a lil bit louder. not loud, just a lil louder than when in the suburbs. this all happened after I replaced the window regulator on my driverside door. and I only hear it from the driver side of course. I checked everything, I don't have any gaps in my car, everything is intact, and my window rolls up all the way and my weatherstripping is intact as well.

and yes, my door is closed. haha.

any help, let me know, thanks.

--sidenote. in the summer when it got done, when i took it to carwashes afterwards, there were no leaks of any kind inside the car.

I have the same problem. It comes from my driver side. I think its the seal between the window and the frame.
