Head lights and Fog lights

I just got myself Silver Star Ultras headlights and about to put them in. I also though about getting fog lights, but their $50 for Ultra fog lights. Are there any others out there?

I'm looking for either yellow or super whites.

Is it easy to install fog lights?

I see some yellow fogs for some solaras on this forum and they look nice.

its really easy to switch out fog bulbs
I went thru 6 different setups with colored bulbs before I went HID and ultimately Projector
i dont believe in colored bulbs anymore
but alot of peeps on this forum will swear by them and thats okay too

i have a gen 1 solara
heres instructions

To switch foglights get under your car
theres 5 bolts holding in a large plastic splash guard per side
3 bolts on each side ( well mine do anyway ) have phillips head screws
the other 2 are 10mm bolts which you can use your ratchet for
take off all those screws
the 3 screws on each side that had phillips have these plastic clip thingys that hold the guard in place. Unattatch those clips ( they actually slide into a circle groove so u really gotta pry it but dont break those clips! )
After you unattatch those gaurds at by unattatching those clips, you can now bend the whole piece back ( it connects to the fenderwell trim )
I usually just bend it back until it wont come forward anymore and its pinned against the ground
at this point you can now see the back of your fog
uncrew it by turning it a quarter turn counter clockwise and disconnect the bulb from the wiring

reverse all steps and ur done

Ive put Silverstar for my headlights and fogs.
I don't know a lot about cars and I did it pretty quick, in about 20 mins, taking my time and watching the difference between the stock bulbs and mine.

It will make a "nice" difference at night, with sun you will think that they look the same.

It cost me about $100 for fogs and headlights, a bit too much for the result, but I don't wanna try retro HID by myself.
