how much did it cost to get the grille painted?? i just got quoted around 150 which is more than the grille itself!!

they said they would have to take off the mesh and all that so it would take like 2 hours and with the paint it would bring it up to 150.

is this right??

you can remove the mesh yourself and reattach it later, thats BS that they would say that as it takes about 5 minutes to remove. Id say thats a little high, try a few places to see what they say.

i paid 25$ and had the mesh attached better then what it was since it fell off. Unbalancedwood has my renova now so it should still be nice and shiny like it was one i had it. the paint is about a year and half old

paint still good, the fake TRD emblem is a different story. Ruski got some good paint at a good price!

Gotta find those good places...

there is pre- mixed bondo that comes in a tube almost like caulk, I used that to attach my mesh and it worked really well.

wow. i only paid 30 bucks. I only got charged for paint. my shop doesn't charge labor, only materials.

I used some cold weld to hold it in place after i got it painted. Its going nowhere now. I feel like I got ripped off now... You all paid no more than $50? I paid $100. They did have a hard time trying to get the correct paint color for my car. That may of had something to do with it.
