Got myself a 2000 Solara, Leather and all electric. It was a toss up between this car and a 2003 Eclipse GT. Glad I went with the Solara. I'd always owned work trucks and muscle Chevy's before But now it's got to where all the runnin I have to do the gas is killin me.
Still have my 95 short bed Silverado fully loaded w/leather but only use it for a truck.
Let's see, I'm a 50 year old motor head. Everything I've owned has had to have a killer system, even way back in the time of 8 tracks and you found as many places that you could to stick a 6x9 in your car for volume. Didn't have amps back then, just a ton of speakers. Still. it was cool.
I own a graphics shop where we do Custom print & cut graphics and full custom wraps. I won't turn down a Joe's Plumbing job, but we stay mostly with custom one runs. We've got a 54" printer and 62" film laminator so there's no such thing as a seam in our graphics.
It's really cool being able to change my graphics up on my truck every once in a while. But this is starting to sound like a commercial so I'll lay off the shop.
Found a link in this forum for dash kits, don't remember who posted it but I appreciate it. Man, they've got some killer stuff on there.
Anyway, that's about it, so here we go. Glad I found this site.

Thanks for the welcome. Yeah I can hook us up with graphics. They're not decals though, they're for real graphics. Decals are what those goobers sell at flea markets like Calvin peeing on Hobbs and stuff like that. We do full digital graphics and can even use your ideas and put the color and effects to them. I did custom Harley paint in FLofA for 9 years and was blown away when these printers came out. I waited a lot of years for manufactures to work all the bugs out before I threw down 32,000.00 for mine but for a painter it was a dream come true. Killer stuff. I've got a web site that we're still working on but it has a lot of examples on it. Am I aallowed to put it on this forum?

Thanks Yall,
Donnie

Pictures & Site

Postby Donnie » Fri Feb 15, 2008 5:01 pm

I tried posting some pictures here but couldn't get it to work. Guess I'll have to get one of my teenage nephews or nieces to show me what's up. I did put some on my space. www.myspace.com/allthewaytomemphis and my shop is www.elitesigns.us
My big plan for over the next year for the shop is have it set up for the custom graphics, have someone to do high end systems, alarms & tv installs, someone doing window tinting and someone doing detailing with a bay big enough to pull Tour buses and tractor trailers in. I know that's a lot but I've never seen it done together & I'm an old fart that's seen way more than I'll admit to. I have a spot on I-24 right in the middle of Nashville, Clarksville, Springfield & Ashland City. Killer location. We'll see. I have a lot of people pullin for me.
