I will be the first to say it depends on the car and the look/style you are trying to say, but knowing its a gen 1 solara, i dont think it can really be pulled off...

^^^^ It was sort of. i have a neighbor who wanted to sell them to me for $100. And I thought as a set of winter rims it would not be that bad. I really don't like them, but for the price I thought, what the hell.

if you're running winter tires too, the largest rim size I would go would be 17's...low profile tires suck in snow.
