do they provide the same purpose???? or is there a big difference?

This one is stronger since it actually bolts to the cars frame reducing less movement on hard turns. A lot of cars comes with some sort of this stock. But people usually go and swap out to the other one just because its "aftermarket". Also allot of cars can not have them because new cars design makes it hard to install one without the motor rubbing on it. And it cost more to make of course. My accord and civic have them stock.

wtf. I never knew this style of brace was available. Will this clear the TRD SC? That looks a lot more sturdier than the current trd bar I got

on the site it says for solara so was hoping someone could shed light on it. Or maybe they're just using the mr2 unit's pic for all trd strut tower brace listings.

The triangluar strut tower brace won't fit cause of the way the intake manifold sits.
The one picture looks like for a MKII MR2 or Celica.
2000 Solara SE auto V6. Diamond White Pearl.
Top Speed Run finished at 130 mph. :o
Too many modifcations for the signature.
