Trust me, I don't have it right now. The absolute most I'd be able to give maybe 3 or 4k and it would have to be financed for that. I have spent some money lately. and I need time to replenish. Sorry.

Yeah, I'd rather not go thru all that. If I were to do this I'd want it all done up front. GL with the sale. I'm sure it will all turn out great.
