the one in the engine bay is the front strut sway bar...which is similar. the rear sway bar is installed in the rear of the vehicle...it is a performance suspesion mod...it makes your car more stable during turns (i.e. less side to side wobble)

Here's a picture on where it's location is.
But your's will be black, and the TRD RSB is red.

The bar you're talkin' about is the Front Strut Brace.

if you do it yourself, with a few beer breaks, and at most worst cost of replacing the sway bar endlinks (all 4) each about 50 bucks, thats 200 bucks.. u can do it yourself at worst case scenario for around 200.. or a shop can charge you that plus more and labor, so roughly between 200-even 600 bucks. but it's damn worth it! :)

^^ i have mine set on track... i had it on street when first installed. the difference is basically better cornering on the track setting... its quite a noticeable difference from stock to street to track. youll wont regret this mod.
