that's pinstripe. just take a hairdryer, heat it up and gently peel away with your fingernail. DONT use a ruler or credit card or even worse a razer blade, heat it up so it get soft and pliable, then scratch away GENTLY with finger :)

Yeah, the badges just heat them up with a hair dryer and slide some fishing wire or dental floss behind them and gently pull them away. Be careful about your decision tho. When I did mine for the first time, there was horrible scratches and marks left over from where the symbols used to be (not from me removing them) because my car was never garaged by the last owner.

Goo gone or bug/tar remover also helps, especially if the stripe has been on the car for a few years. Since your car is a dark color, the paint under the stiping may be darker since it hasn't been exposed to the sun, but give it some time and it will blend in eventually.

like Akora said, goo gone or use some rubbing alcohol very lightly or I even used windex mixed with water. do it somewhere warm, int he cold itll be tough to get out in my opinion.

dont pour anything on there
use a LITTLE goo-gone and some elbow grease and itll come off eventually. then wax the area the pin stripe was, after that you shouldnt have any sign the pin stripe was ever there... a good wash afterwards would help as well.

for a CLEAN job, wait till summer, on a hot summer day..take a hair dryer after the paints' already warm...will be whole lot easier than doing it in the winters.

I did mine last week in 30 degree weather, I was done in 10 minutes!.....as long as you have a hair dryer, it doesn't matter what the temp is.

ya it'll work but since the paint under your badges hasn't received as much sun as the paint surrounding it you will have two shades of paint around your badge, light and dark.

The summer heat would help bake the paint where your badges use to be so it looks better, i'd do it in the summer or spring time like jai said.
