so aside from some smoke and what not the seafoam really didn't do anything for my car... So I figure my only option now is to take it into the dealership and tell them to flippin make my car idle at 750, or else I'm driving the stupid peice of crap off a cliff!

Well. I guess you could do that but then you'd be out of a car. Lol. If you have checked your plugs, TB, and regular stuff, cleaned everything out and are still running low. I'd stay taking her to the dealer is best. Best of luck to you and to your car.
