will this work.

without having to do anything to the fenders?

offset: +38
rims: 18x8.5
tires: 235/40/18

i currently have
[lowered]
offset: +40
rims: 18x7.5
tires: 225/40/18 rear and 225/45/18 front

i know that the usual specs i see for 18 inch wheels is 18x8in. max.

with this 18x8.5inch rim coul di put my current tire size onto that? or no??
also fitment issues/concerns??

im assuming this will not work, but this is a steal of a deal and id figure i ask you guys right away. also called discount tire he said off the top of his head it wont work.. but one forum member tells me it will.

help me out please??

that offset should be good. might need a 2mm spacer i think but that was the same offset i had a while back. but my wheels were 19's.

i had the rear cut since i have a heavy system. but use suspension should clear
