yea they are, There isn't any frame damage so they just need to replace the part and repaint them

For me, I will sell or trade it in as soon as I get it back

damn sorry to see what happened. i'd suggest that, instead of spending close to 10g to repair this, you'd just buy brand new Solara.

the body is 6000 or 7000 and the frame and interior is close to at least 5000 or 6000, which totals 13,000 (about 3 or 4 times the cars value to sell it after repairing it)

you're right about the body part, it is close to 7000, but there are no frame damage

Instead of a new Solara, I got something else.............

I got an 04 BMW 530i, not sure how much to sell the Lara yet. I'll try to post some ads first. Worst case, sell it to a dealer.
