Looked at your gallery - amazing... really looks intentional to me. How could a Nissan plow down your fence, bust through the wall to your garage with that much force to shove both cars back and still drive away? If someone was that drunk they wouldn't have the sense to get out of there.

Hope the cops are helpful and not just dicks about it too.

Thats exactly what I thought too, Drunk drivers aren't "in the game" and wouldn't be able to function quickly. Looks like a "prank" from some dumbass.

Hard to tell from the pics alone, but they came through the fence from the alley - doesn't seem like they got much of a running-start... :-? Also left only one set of tracks - burnouts in reverse, not from brakes I would assume.

Did you get the cops to fingerprint the fender that was left behind?

Also - you didn't say whether or not you were home at the time it happened. Did you hear it?

There were 3 sets of tracks in two yards, my mom did hear it but she didn't check the back, in stead she looked at the front and went back to sleep, I don't think she's expecting that....

That kind of stuff happens here A LOT. It's always a drunk driver, and sometimes they do have the wherewithal to escape.

Sorry, man, that does suck :(

I believe the way most insurance companies work, is that if the damages exceed 75% of what the whole vehicle is worth, they cut you a check. Thats a hard hit and you must have frame damage. I dont mean to put your hopes up but they'll probably total it out. Before they make a claim, make sure you put out a Criagslist ad with a reward or something for this jerk. Also visit some bodyshops. Do your investigation and you'll find him very soon. Good luck and hope the rest of your holidays turns out better.
