Wow, very informative :o .... Didn't know how to change it before!

Seriously though, post in the right section; tutorials is for showing us how to do something.

Did you try looking at the bulbs first? Are any other things in your car not working?

Mods, you know what to do.

^Well he asked me on AIM and a few other things weren't working, so I'd say it's a fuse.

I have the same problem of the gear selector lights being out. Odd thing is if I tap on it a few times they'll come on for a little while. I was running a power cable through there to the trunk for some amps and spent a little time seeing if I could take apart the gear selector to find if it was a loose plug or something but they dont seem to be made to be opened.

its not hard to pop out the gearselector, just take a flathead, and stick it between black part of it and the side and pry up, it should pop out..

We'll let you go this time, but try not to re-activate threads more than a month old (2 weeks at the most). I traced HIS problem back to a fuse since a few other things aren't working in the car (e.g. cig lighter), but if its your gear selector only, seems like either something wasn't grounded correctly for your amp, interference in the wire, or probably the bulb itself is coming loose. As far as the gear selector light, I'm not sure how to change it since mine are still working (even if it's not, I always use the indicators in the gauge cluster anyway).

Mine stop to light up sometimes! Then I give some hit on it and it works again. It's the last place that I need to put white LED'S. I'm gonna plug the matrix LED from another place, (the cig).

Im sure it will looks amazing with white LEDs, the HVAC and gauges looks superbs.

Im gonna send pics soon I will have time to do the mod.

I changed mine today for a 1W white LED, it's pretty hard to remove it..and much more to plug it back...really it tooks me 30 mins and I was kind of nervous when I lost my LED in the gear box lol..but I've find it and now it's working..I cant do a tutorial for this..it's just a pain to remove the center console and all for a so little bulb.
