like what model or brand ??? i figure im fully covered the alarm. is only a temporary deterrent..if they want my 2001 the car kit and rims are insured .........but what brand alarm do you guys have? i searched and many popele have mentioned the two way pager doesnt work or its over hyped for the cost..more info? i want to stay under 200

$450 got me a 2 mile range 2way alarm with remote start. its from autopage. no problems so far.

ive had a few friends use Viper they didnt have any complaints on it, just a pain to install but what alarm system isnt

Any DEI (or sub brand) alarm will be fine... I'm not familiar with Marksman personally, so I couldn't give you any quality input about it.

You can get a base line DEI alarm for around the same price as the one you listed, plus installation... If you're looking for a good quality but fairly basic alarm, at least get a hood pin switch and trunk sensor so that you're covered all the way around.

not worth the $$. Way over rated- i mean really now..they swear everone would like to know when they're a mile (in my case 1/2 mile) away when there car is being broken into so we can fly there and stop them. LOL. Probably got jacked cuz they unlocked their door by accident from a mile away.

regular dei alarm w/extra sensors would do the job like mentioned earlier.
