To me i would take out 2 of them. I took out one already but it still sounds the same, lightly louder but if you take out 2 it should sound louder. It doesnt really hurt, u can always weld it back on. My end i say take out two if u want a loud deep tone. It shouldnt sound like a fart can. I bet taking out 2 would sound a lot louder. It would be like open headers or exhaust leak status and that sounds hard as hell.

I think Bassthrive's Solara has a Greddy Evo exhaust, it was quiet.

The Greddy won't sound like a fartcan without all the reasonators right?

I've listen toe "CASTTO" Evo exhaust videos wit out the mid-pipe resonators and it sounds really good to me.
At some point i'm goin' to get both mid-pipe resonators off the mid-pipe.

^ it may sound a bit raspier, which isnt something I desire to have after the first exhaust I did on my gen 3 camry, granted that was a 4 cylinder...

if you want to go and hack up the last virgin evo 2, sure jeff, do it  IMO when I owned it the sound was perfect, but to each his own. BTW, the two large canisters/bulges in the pipe are the resonators ;)
