Lip Kit

Lip Kit

Postby kpxboi0619 » Mon Nov 26, 2007 11:05 pm

I have a 2006 toyota solara se sport........

which comes with the factory lip kit~

I always drive the same route when I go to places

but like yesterday..... dun dun~

I hit this same old "dip" (I was going like 10MPH) and my driver side kit got hit and my driverside bumper? popped up
like um......the part where the screw thing is holding broke off...
So I had to tow my car to my friend shop and put zip tie? thingy to hold it back...... :(

is the dip? getting deeper......or Am I getting fatter......:(

you sure you were going 10 mph? maybe its cuz you kept hitting that dip over and over at the speed that you kept looesning up that screw thing that was holding the lip kit in place. i hate driving over dips. thats why i find alternate close routes =)

But for those who love,

It's those types of things that have prevented me from getting the TRD lowering springs.

I have already BASHED my front lip on my drive way and had it fixed last year.

I think the Gen 2.5 has smaller fangs because of such incidents.

The price we pay for badassness.

So the plastic broke off, and you had to tow your car? lol

And weight has nothing to do with it... sheesh, you're asian man, what do you expect.
