Redirecting heating/ac tubes to heat seats?
I have been thinking a lot about redirecting the air vents located under the seat to go inside the seat in order to have heated/cooled seats.
Since the seats are made of perforated leather, i think this should be prety easy to do.
I have seen a post about this long time ago but never got anything back from it.
I was wondering,
- what kind of problems i might face?
- is it easy to remove the seats? (power seats)
- is it easy to open up the leather seats to install the tubes inside without damaging them?
- any tips, suggestions on this?
I'm think of doing this next summer, it's still soon but i would like to start gathering some info on this. I might even write a tutorial about it if it works out.
Thanks!
