So I got my super pro dog bone bushing and just wondering if any trick to installing it? I know I'll need a press but I can just remove the dogbone mount to do so and not ahve to worry about the engine shifting or anything while the car's parked right? Figured Id do its saturday morning and have my old work press the new bushing in and then just install the mount. Seems like it shouldnt be that hard since its easy to get at unless I'm overlooking something[/quote]

You really don't need a press.
All you do is have the car parked on a somewhat flat surface, and i have the e-brake pulled up.
Unbolt the dog bone bushin' and then put dog bone bushin' in a vise and get a saw and saw out the metal sleeve in a couple of places.
Then get a flat head and a hammer and somewhat pry the metal sleeve out.
And then slide the bushin' in somewhat and then put on some the of the bushin' lube in the middle of the poly bushin' and then fully slide the bushin' in the dog bone mount.
You will have to somewhat mess the poly bushin' lip to get it into the mount.
That's all it takes to install the SuperPro poly bushin'.
