Ways to make stock look best?

I'm not really one to spend money on things for the performance of my car or things like that, as a matter of fact, all of the upgrades I've done to my car were audio/ video related.

Still, I was wondering what type of inexpensive things I could do to the exterior of my car without having to change many things at all.

I have a 99 SLEV6, and all the ideas I have so far are....

- Debadge
- Tint my windows

That's about it.

I've currently dropped my money on replacing all of my stock speakers, adding in a AVIC-D3, bypassing it, and hardwiring a PS2 into my car. I have no real technical/mechanical experience but I've been learning fast.

I can't afford to change my rims, but would love the way rims look when the brakes are painted. Any suggestions on that?

My next purchase is going to be a 12 inch L7, and after that I'll probably get my tint, so yeah.
