Clutch being Annoying HELP!

ok so im not sure if this was the best place to post this but ......if it isnt then forgive me mods.......ok so basically for the last month and a half maybe my clutch has been actin up. First off when the car isnt warmed up the clutch makes a squeaking sound as i push down on it (this mostly happens after it rains or if it is extremely humid), second the clutch is starting to feel weird when i get the to start off in first.........it feels really rough and feels like the whole car is shaking violently........and finally the most recent thing is when my car is at a stand still (probably the only time i can hear it over the engine), and my foot is applied to the clutch the sound of the engine changes........it starts to kind of whine you could say.........when i rev it up a little with my foot applied the whining persists and actually gets a little louder as the rpm's get higher............ other than that the car shifts perfect and the clutch feels real good...............could it be that i need to change transmission oil. and if so i think a heard a couple people on the board talkin about GM Sync..... and i tried searching for the tutorial on how to change this oil but i cant find it anymore...................please help :(

BTW I have Gen1 V6 5-spd Thanks!

How many miles are on your car?
From what I know, if your starting to get noises the throwout bearing could be on its way out. If thats that case its time to get ready to have a clutch replacement done soon.

I'm not so sure thats a clutch problem.
The clutch will not cause the car to shake. The only thing I'm aware of, is that when you givce it more gas, the car will get louder without going faster.
Sorry to say, but it sounds more like a transmission problem. I'm no Toyota mechanic, but thats the most help I can offer.

hhmm...i can't figure most of it out, but the violent shaking part sounds like motor mounts to me
