For that much it would be easier, cheaper, and probly better to get a custom stainless set from a local fab shop.

One of my good friends here has a shop and quoted me $700 for the pair.. this is tip top stainless, mandrel bends, equal length runners. The long headers are great for mid-top end. This guy wont waste hit time on crap.. so i know him and the quality they will be.

i have a y-pipe not dats i ended up having them make me one... im running stright pipe no cat...

- these heads and pipe claim to pull 20-30hp.... now the ypipe dosnt that do 15hp?

Aside from a supercharger, headers a the best performance mod you can do for the money. Most hp gain for the least amount of money. That is true on any car, not just a Solara.

I didnt ask them about the complete setup as I already have a greddy catback and dont really care for the JPP setup... Ill get more info and post it up for everyone monday.

I know you couls have headers custom made, I have talked about doing so as well, but I am still considering JPP... thats why i thought I would ask everyone.

I would rather go with the JPP headers. No offense to anyone, but sometimes, custom made exhausts just don't fit.
JPP headers are already proven. That makes it worth the price to me.

Agreed

JPP spent time with R&D, not just bending some pipes and calling it a day. I'm willing to pay the price for quality and proven performance. I'm surprised they are still in production, I'd think this would be more of a clearance sale to get rid of their stock. I'm in though for the whole setup. I guess if I wanted I could keep my TRD muffler and attach it to the rest of the system according to the pics right?

That is why I showed you the graph comparing your 2 1/2" to the 3". You can sell yours and pay the difference. 10hp for less that $200. And you will have a nice clean factory look compared to the Greddy look. Sorry. Just my opinion. :D

They are all one off, custom made, the day you order it. No inventory because most are too cheap to buck up and get it. (Yes it is very expensive, I know) So why keep an inventory. Mine took about 3-4 weeks to get...they were have humidity problems with the ceramic coating.
And, no your TRD muffler will not bolt up to ?? To what, your midpipe or theirs. Again, sell your muffler take the cash and get the catback.
Why would you want to be going from a 3" collector to a 2 1/2" midpipe? :D
Again, just my opinion. I don't mean to seem cocky. :D

im really not into paying that much for a piece of pipe welded to a magnaflow... I love my GReddy exhaust, the sound level and look is perfect to me... plus I got the last one in the warehouse, so i like that :)

It looks like they just attach a Magnaflow muffler to the end of the system. Looks to have the same bend angle as the TRD muffler. I like the look of the TRD muffler vs. the supplied muffler. That was my question. I guess what you're saying is that the JPP is 3" all the way and the stock exhaust is 2.5" to a 2.5" attachment of the TRD muffler, correct?

3" never looked so big!!! :o I laughed my a$$ off when I saw it. It looks like something off a Ram diesel!
And don't forget that the headers and y-pipe will probably change the tone of your current exhaust.
