JPP Headers Group Buy- DEADLINE MONDAY NOVEMBER 5TH

Postby CamryOnBronze » Fri Sep 28, 2007 8:06 pm

A huge longshot and probably not possible, I know... but Im thinking about picking up some JPP headers and thought I would contact them about group buy pricing on the wild chance that I could get 5 buyers together at once for them... doesnt seem possible, but Ill throw it out there-

13% off for 5 buyers=$1391.13

22% off for 10 buyers=$1247.22

If anyone would be interested in buying a set over the winter sometime, post up... I really doubt I could ever get 5 people together, especially not in a short time frame, but I thought Id give it a shot...

anyone considering getting them anytime in the next few months?

Link: http://www.jpperformancellc.com/camsolheaders.html

OFFICIAL PRICING INFORMATION:

Headers only- $999
Headers and y-pipe=$1599
Full system=$1999

With 5 people we get 13% off, so that would be:

headers only=$869
headers and ypipe=$1391.13
full system=$1739.13

Prices do not include shipping. So basically that is what we are looking at as far as pricing. If half is due up front, that would be the following:

headers only=$434.50
headers and ypipe=$695.57
full system=$869.57

Shipping will be about $75

Is this for the whole setup (headers/y-pipe/exhaust) or just the headers? I'm interested in the whole setup and if that's the price put me down as a definite.

x2. I need just the headers. I want to do a custom dual exhaust system with an X-pipe instead of the y-pipe.

Money is real tight right now, but if the time frame were to be in say Nov or Dec, you could count me in.

About those prices that you posted. Did you already make an agreement with JPP?

I'm sure thats the price of the headers and y-pipe. (ie: 13 %) The standard price is $1595. The catback is another $699. You can get both for $1999 as a complete system. Maybe they would give you a deeper discount than the "special complete system" price.
You can also ask them for the catback to be made with 2 1/2" tube instead of the 3".
People can say what they want about being overpriced, but I think they are worth every penny. I love the set-up. You have a factory look (not a big can hanging out the back) and performance as well.
I paid $2100. :o delivered to my door.

They go together as a set. The flanges are three hole. Your y-pipe has only two. Look close at the picture. :o

I believe this was for the complete setup... I will shoot them another email to get more details/to see if we could do with or without the ypipe...

Ill get more info from them and get back to you guys, glad to see there is more interest than i thought!

Doubtful on the "complete" setup. (ie: headers/y-pipe/catback)

for the guys who already have a custom y-pipe, it'd be cheaper to go and get some headers made custom by an exhaust shop....just as a note...

though by the same token, if these would fit my car, I would consider it due the simplicity of a bolt-on application

and java joe- do you have any dyno charts? I remember somebody actually showed an out-of-house (as in, not claimed or associated with jpp) dyno with the jpp full setup with before and after dynos and they showed a 20whp gain with a good tune
