the speedometers of the 02 and 03s are the same as those of 99-01. it will fit.

search.i wouldn't say hard, but they are tedious, especialy if you mess up the needles on the gauges you are screwed.

What ?? Cig lighter ?? theres one wire u tap into for power and its right behind the cluster. and then you ground it
